Do you know if your dental recordkeeping system satisfies the Minnesota Board of Dentistry’s recordkeeping requirements? Would you like to lower your malpractice risk?

When a patient complaint is made to the Board of Dentistry, the patient record becomes an important document that is used in addressing the complaint. You can avoid problems through a solid understanding of the minimum recordkeeping rules and practicing by today’s standards. This concise and realistic workshop will help you assess your current dental record system and will give you the tools to insure that your dental records meet the standards required by Minnesota law. Course materials will include samples of forms, letters, progress notes, and charting systems that you can use to enhance your current dental recordkeeping system.
