Final registration will begin at 7:00 AM on Saturday.
Continental breakfast will be available during registration on Saturday and on Sunday at 7:00 AM.
The program will run from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday, and from 7:30 AM to 6:15 PM on Sunday.
There will be 15-minute breaks mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
Lunch is included and will be served from approximately 12:15 to 1:00 on Saturday and from 11:45 to 12:45 on Sunday.
A hosted reception will immediately follow Saturday's program.
If you have special dietary needs or are disabled and have special needs, please contact us at least two weeks prior to the program date.
If you are traveling by air, please note that you will receive one large, 3-ring binder with lecture materials. You may wish to bring a bag that will accommodate this item on the trip home.
You will also receive a USB flash drive that includes the speakers' PowerPoint presentations during final registration on Saturday morning. There will be power available at each conference table for your laptop computer or tablet during the program, should you choose to follow along electronically.
A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least one month (30 total days) before the program. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the program $100 will be deducted from your refund. For registrations charged to your credit card the refund will be credited to your account. No cash refunds will be issued on charged registrations.
What to Wear
We suggest that you bring a jacket or sweater to help you adjust to the seemingly inevitable changes in meeting room temperature.
For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport - Mall of America. The special group rate is $130 per night for single- or double-occupancy. Hotel reservations may be made by contacting the hotel directly by calling (952) 854-2100 or 1-800-HILTONS or accessing the dedicated room reservation website.
The hotel will honor reservations received by July 22, 2016. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space- and rate-available basis. When making your reservation, please indicate that you are reserving a room in conjunction with this Continuing Dental Education course.
