Bio Statement

Ms. Stull received her dental hygiene education at the University of South Dakota. After receiving an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene at USD, she pursued further education in the area of public health at the University of Minnesota. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Public Health in 1982. Ms. Stull has worked in private practice dental hygiene since that time. In 2009, Ms. Stull began her career as a dental hygiene educator at Argosy University in Eagan, Minnesota. She joined the University of Minnesota Division of Dental Hygiene in 2010. Ms. Stull received a Master’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota in 2013.

Teaching responsibilities include: clinical instruction, dental public health, the care of patients with special needs, periodontology , interprofessional education and dental practice management.

Ms. Stull also teaches courses in the School of Dentistry’s Continuing Dental Education Department including: local anesthesia, the dental hygiene refresher course and protocols for periodontal products.

In 2011-2012 Ms. Stull was a subject recruiter for the National Institute of Health Diabetes and Periodontal Therapy Trial.

She is the advisor for the American Dental Hygienists’ Association Student group and the ADEA student group advisor.
