Artificial Resynthesis Technology
ART resynthesizes or replicates that part of the chewing cycle in which wear occurs between teeth.
Virtual Dental Patient
Developed by Dr. Ralph DeLong, the Virtual Dental Patient goes beyond a traditional dental examination by providing visibility, measurement, and comparison with a previous time period.
Welcome to the MDRCBB
The MDRCBB is a multi-disciplinary resource dedicated to furthering research and development in biomaterials, biomechanics, and nano-technology.
About the MDRCBB
The Minnesota Dental Research Center for Biomechanics and Biomaterials conducts research in a number of fields, including demineralization and remineralization and implant technology.
History of the MDRCBB
The MDRCBB is an umbrella organization, charged with the management of a large human and physical resource base on a broad platform of research into biomechanics, biomaterials, and related sciences. The MDRCBB was launched when the traditional barriers between University and Industry were coming down - when University and Industry rediscovered each other and realized that their strengths are complementary and that they can leverage each other's ability and productivity by closer cooperation.
