2007 MDA Mentor Mingle

On January 19th, the Minnesota Dental Association hosted first year School of Dentistry students at its annual Mentor Mingle.  During the evening, students had an opportunity to take advantage of the casual atmosphere to get advice and counsel on being a professional, caring for patients and contributing to the community and profession. This was also a time for students to get to know their future colleagues and gain a better understanding of organized dentistry’s beneficial contributions to patient care, the profession of dentistry and healthcare in general.  Dean Patrick Lloyd, speaking at the event, recognized the MDA as an integral partner in the School of Dentistry’s ongoing transformation in realizing its education, research, and service missions.
