Generously equipped by Patterson Dental and applauded by the ADA Site Visit Team, the new center is one of the most technologically advanced dental school training facilities in the nation.
The new 5-chair clinic features the latest in dental technologies and equipment, including both rear and side delivery systems and state-of-the-art dental chairs with electronic touchpad controls to operate the chair and an integrated scaler and intraoral camera. Digital radiography and electronic patient record capabilities, the latest in infection control equipment, toe and knee-kick operated cabinets and faucets, and CAD CAM technology are now all part of the educational experiences of our dental and dental hygiene students. Fourth-year dental students also complete their DAU experience in the center.
