NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center, located in north Minneapolis, provides students with the opportunity to deliver comprehensive dental care to families living in the north side communities of the metropolitan area. The clinic also provides care to patients from many rural areas throughout Minnesota. Both private and state insurance plans are accepted. A sliding fee scale is available to those who qualify. The dental clinic at NorthPoint currently has twelve dental treatment operatories and five dental hygiene operatories. The facility also has state of the art dental equipment, including digital x-rays and an electronic patient record. Fourth year dental students are assigned to rotations at this site.
