Dental School Preparation Course
Get ready for the rigors of the School of Dentistry with a 20-hour intensive program designed to prepare students for the field of dentistry. The program consists of hands-on clinical exercises and laboratory procedures as well as faculty lectures. Students will also have access to the state-of-the-art simulation clinic.
Board of Regents approves D.D.S./M.P.H. program
The University of Minnesota's Board of Regents approved a proposal for a new Doctor of Dental Surgery/Master in Public Health dual degree program between the School of Dentistry and the School of Public Health as part of the Public Health Practice Executive Program. This dual degree will provide students the ability to integrate dentistry and the practice of public health to identify and solve community health problems in areas of oral health. The DDS/MPH dual degree will be offered beginning Fall 2013.
