This quote embodies the philosophy of the Bachelor of Science Degree Completion Program. The program is built on the belief that discovery and actualization of one’s potential is the most exciting adventure of one’s lifetime. It is also built on the belief that each individual/student has the ability and need to direct his/her own learning, and by doing so, becomes a self-directed, life-long learner.
PROGRAM GOAL: To prepare licensed dental hygienists with additional knowledge and skills, beyond those provided by entry-level associate degree programs, to practice dental hygiene in a variety of settings with a variety of patients.
