For Android: Download Podbean from Google Play Store.

Search for podcasts using the search icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Click on the + icon to subscribe to the show.

iTunes

If you have a free iCloud account, your podcast subscriptions, stations, and current play position sync to the Podcasts app on your iOS devices.

To download a podcast from the iTunes Store: Choose Podcasts from the pop-up menu at the top left, then click Store.

When you find a podcast you want to download, do one of the following:

  • Download a single episode: Click the Get button next to the episode.
  • Subscribe to the podcast: Click Subscribe. iTunes downloads the most recent episode.

Google Play

For iOS: Download Google Play Music from the App Store.

For Adroid: Download Google Play Music from Google Play.

Launch the Google Play Music app from your Home screen or from the app drawer. Tap the menu button on the top left of the screen. It's three horizontal lines. Tap Podcasts. Search for a podcast through one of three methods:

Top Charts: A limited collection of podcasts that are either promoted or have the most listeners. This is the "main page" of Google Play Music podcasts.

All categories: Tap this to reveal a list of categories. The top rated podcasts in each category will appear when you tap each one.

Search: Tap the search button on the top right of your screen to search for podcasts by title or subject matter. Podcasts appear under the Podcasts heading in your search results.

Tap the podcast to which you'd like to subscribe. Tap the Subscribe button. Tap the checkbox next to Auto-download if you'd like to always automatically download the latest three episodes.

Tap the checkbox next to Notifications if you'd like to receive a notification when new episodes are uploaded. Tap Playback order to choose to play episodes from newest to oldest or oldest to newest. Tap Subscribe.

Stitcher

For iOS: Install Stitcher on your iPhone through the iTunes App Store. When you launch Stitcher you will be prompted to log in or create an account. Then, either you will be asked to select topics to personalize your Front Page for you, or if you imported shows from a different podcast app, you will be directed to the Stitcher Front Page. On the Front Page you can start listening to a smart feed of episodes and daily headlines.

For Android: Install Stitcher to your Android device through the Google Play Store. When you launch Stitcher you will be prompted to log in or create an account. Then you will be directed to a list of stations. Press the tabs at the top of the screen to choose a station either by Topic or Content Provider. Select your interests and we will personalize your Front Page for you! Tap 'done' and you'll be taken to the Front Page, where you can start listening to a smart feed of episodes and daily headlines.

You can also navigate quickly and easily through all content offered in Stitcher by swiping right to open the left side menu. Here you can:

  1. Check out your playlist or create new playlists. By default, you will always have a Listen Later and Favorites playlist. Learn more about Listen Later here and Favorites here.
  2. Go to Browse Shows for thousands of radio shows and podcasts, updated constantly. Stitcher features thousands of shows from hundreds of major talk radio providers like NPR, CNN, Wall Street Journal and more.
  3. Use Search to find Live Radio you're looking for. While listening to a live stream, add to your favorites by tapping the Plus icon. Live streams are kept in a separate playlist within My Stations called "Live Radio" on the mobile app.

As you find the podcasts and stations you like, create your own personalized station directory using Favorites. Just press the Plus icon while listening to add the show to your Favorites Playlist and tune back in at any time in the future by visiting your "Favorites Playlist" in the left side menu.
