23rd Annual Practice Management Symposium: A Pathway to Sustained Practice Growth and Success
Friday, October 6, 2017
Would you like to become less dependent on dental insurance reimbursement and provide more of the dentistry that you know your patients need? Would you like to have less stress and better balance, clinically, financially and behaviorally?
With the recent and continuing changes in dental care delivery and reimbursement, clear communication skills, sound business principles and predictable clinical outcomes will help you and your dental team share greater rewards. Dr. Mark Murphy’s fresh perspective on personal and practice management, his expertise as Lead Faculty for Mercer Advisors and 30 years of involvement with the Pankey Institute, makes this a unique learning opportunity for the entire dental team. This interactive program will help you and your team be more aligned towards your practice goals and vision. You will enjoy Dr. Murphy’s fun and engaging speaking style and will benefit from proven methods that you can take back to your practice for immediate application.
You will come away from this continuing dental education program with the skills needed to:
- develop a marketing matrix that supports practice growth.
- measure and manage metrics critical to sustainable success.
- reduce reliance from third party reimbursement models.
- develop strong communication skills to support your practice goals and vision.
