Below you will find a comprehensive description of our dental practice and the opportunity we have available for one or possibly two doctors within the practice if there was a need i.e. two doctor family or married couple.

Our practice philosophy is to continually meet and exceed the patients expectations of dental care. To do this
we provide a two location comprehensive dental experience that reaches both a more rural population while
maintaining our midsize city location. Our staff of 5 hygienists, 4 assistants, and 5 front desk all work collectively
to ensure a full, manageable, and engaging schedule for our doctors.

Our smaller clinic located in rural Southern Minnesota provides care for an aging population in conjunction with
a growing number of younger families with children. We do this with our 3 opperatories of which 2 are hygiene and
1is utilized for doctor treatment and cosmetic case consult.
We take pride in providing general, preventative and cosmetic dental services while helping to create lasting oral
health care for years to come.

Our larger clinic is located in a midsize community which allows us to not only reach a much larger patient base, 3000 and growing, but
to provide the highest level of patient care in partnership with our satellight location. This is accomplished through our continued investment in
continuing education, our incorporation of the newest dental technologies as they become available, and investing in the dentistry our patients are asking
for. Some of the in office technologies we provide include same day crowns with our Cerec machine, digital imagining, cone beam CT, Itero digital scanner,
Kor Whitening, and Invisalign clear aligners.
We also offer sedation dentistry for patients that may have anxiety during their time with us and help put them and the Doctor
at ease while receiving or preforming the dentistry the patient desires.

We have also partnered with the Spear Center located in Scottsdale Arizona to utilize their practice analytics
platform and to directly incorporate the continued education courses provided on their campus. This has allowed us
to manage our staff in a single focus of raising our standard of care while empowering them to engage in CE that they
find helpful or interesting and incorporate it into the practice.
This partnership has also provided direct and indirect mentorship between our doctors, staff, and front desk on how to
better serve the patient and one another to create a perfect day for the patient.

Located in the area is the corporate head quarters for a large fortune 500 company as well as we also have a large medical center that is in network
with the Mayo clinic. This area is positioned for a population growth due to economic conditions in the surrounding area, the amenities of the
local community, and shared vision of the community to grow the local business climate. The area provides a network of bike/walking trails,
classic theaters, a covered athletic dome, McPhail center for music, art center, and a local tax initiative to spur new home development.

A compensation package will include:

- Base salary with quarterly production bonuses,
- Health insurance premium payments,
- Malpractice Insurance
- 401K with employer match
- Annual Practice Profit sharing
- SPEAR Education
- Generous CE time

If this opportunity would interest any of your future Doctors pleas forward them this information and
I will personally be available for any questions or comments via text or call our cell phone.

We also offer sedation dentistry for patients that may have anxiety during their time with us and help put them and the Doctor
at ease while receiving or preforming the dentistry the patient desires. .

- Base salary with quarterly production bonuses
- Health insurance premium payments
- Malpractice Insurance
- 401K with employer match
- Annual Practice Profit sharing
- SPEAR Education
- Generous CE time

If this opportunity would interest any of your future Doctors pleas forward them this information and
I will personally be available for any questions or comments via text or call at the number below.

Thank you again for your time,

Sincerely,
D.D.S
