2020 Application Information

Due to COVID-19, the deadline for submission of application materials has been extended to 15 July 2020.

Due to COVID-19, electronic submission of documents is more efficient.  Transcripts, however, must be submitted from the university's Registrar but fortunately, most are electronic these days.

NBDE scores are already electronical submissions.  Please make sure that they are sent to the proper email address for either Dr. McClanahan or Ms. Schwensohn.

Letters of Recommendation / Letters from References that are signed, scanned, and emailed to either Dr. McClanahan or Ms. Schwensohn are acceptable. An emailed letter is unacceptable.

You can scan your other application documents (the application form, your personal statement, CV, etc.) and email them to either Dr. McClanahan or Ms. Schwensohn.

It is recommended that you hold on to hard copy of your documents until you verify that they have been received.

Once you have mailed a check for your application fee, please email either Dr. McClanahan or Ms. Schwensohn a statement that your application fee has been mailed.  Your application is not complete until the fee is received.

Interviews this year will be conducted by Zoom conference.  The exact details have not been worked out but will include interviews with the Division of Endodontics faculty and residents.

A video tour of the Division of Endodontics spaces in Moos Tower is in the planning stages.  Please continue to check the webpage for a posting

An application must be complete to be considered for an interview.

Invitations to interview will be issued by Dr. McClanahan by email once application packages are complete and faculty has had the opportunity to review the packages.

A target date for Zoom interviews is the last week of July but again, this is a target.
