A look inside Give Kids a Smile
On February 10, 2018, more than 450 volunteers - including dental, dental therapy and dental hygiene students and faculty, staff and residents from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry as well as outside licensed providers, pre-dent and interprofessional students - helped 197 kids at Give Kids a Smile.
The annual volunteer-run event helps connect children in need to the health care system and to the U-M Dental Clinics as their dental home.
